Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel is on the practice field in front of journalists for the first time since his release from rehab. Sporting a shorter haircut, Manziel is taking part in Cleveland's first practice of the third phase of the team's offseason program. Manziel spent 10 weeks at Caron Addiction Treatment Center in Pennsylvania for an unspecified issue before being discharged on April 10.
