MVP Stephen Curry was able to return to Game 4 of the Western Conference finals after a nasty spill where he flipped over in the air and his head crashed to the court against Houston on Monday night. Curry jumped in the air as Trevor Ariza was about to go up for a shot midway through the second quarter. Ariza saw him and stopped abruptly, causing Curry to be upended in midair when he crashed into Ariza's shoulder.
