Cavs expected to start Tristan Thompson in Game 2 (Yahoo Sports)

INDEPENDENCE, Ohio (AP) -- Cavaliers forward Tristan Thompson is expected to start Game 2 against Chicago, a move that puts LeBron James back at his customary small forward position.
