Indiana dismissed sophomore Devin Davis and senior Hanner Mosquera-Perea on Thursday, cutting two of the players whose off-court problems have led to a series of embarrassing headlines for the storied program. The school said the two were dismissed ''effective immediately for not living up to their responsibilities to the program.'' Davis was cited for pot possession in an incident Monday night at which Mosquera-Perea was also present. University police spokesman Lt. Craig Munroe said police responded to a complaint of the smell of marijuana. The 6-7 forward from Indianapolis was cited with possession of marijuana under 30 grams.
