An attorney for Aaron Hernandez says the former New England Patriots player is running out of money because he's had to pay so many lawyers. Attorney John Fitzpatrick made the comments Thursday during a hearing in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Hernandez was convicted last month of the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd, who was dating the sister of Hernandez's fiancee.
